By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Handmade Nature of Items

Many Dreamin Dryad creations are handmade, hand-painted, sculpted, crocheted, illustrated, or crafted in small batches from my Texas studio.

Because of the handmade nature of these items, slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

Product Colors & Appearance

I do my best to photograph and display products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times may vary depending on postal carriers and location. Dreamin Dryad is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside my control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many items, returns and exchanges are limited.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Order cancellations may only be accepted before an order has been shipped or begun production. Once an item has shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photos, branding, logos, and content created by Dreamin Dryad remain the intellectual property of Dreamin Dryad and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights to the buyer.

Custom Orders

Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional processing time and communication before completion.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
