Because each item is handmade, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the products.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
